Three Phase Program to help you get back on track.

In each Phase you get tools from us that will help you focus on sleep, organize, priorities, exercise, mindset and so on. Each Phase will take at least 2 weeks. After you complete the Phase One, Phase Two will open and thereafter Phase Three.

Stress in itself is not dangerous. Prolonged stress without adequate recovery, on the other hand, can lead to illness. There are ways out of exhaustion, and there are signes to look for before you "hit the wall". Brain fatigue is characterized by a fatigue and lack of energy that is more severe than normal fatigue. Therefore, it is good to reduce the risk of brain fatigue through a balance between activity and rest. Most important of all is to listen to the body and save on its energy. The KED test or the Karolinska Exhaustion Disorder Scale Test takes about 5 minutes. It helps you get an idea if you are at risk of developing fatigue syndrome.

This does not in any way cure you of anything, these are tools that you can use throughout your life. Tools that help you manage your stress level better and see signs if you are over doing things again. If you score really high on the KED-scale you should ALWAYS contact your local health care for help!
